We also offer full day and 1/2 day packages that save you money.

Contact us if you would like to schedule or if you have questions.

Site Assessments

A site assessment will give you a good understanding of what ergonomic risk factors exist, what level of risk or concern they present and what potential solutions are recommended.

Site assessments are especially valuable when:

  • Preparing to launch an ergonomics program

  • Planning for equipment or furniture purchases

  • Responding to ergonomic injuries

  • Conducting routine safety assessments

  • These assessments include a site assessment, written summary report of findings and recommendations and follow up meeting.

  • We will start by meeting with you to understand your goals and concerns. Then, we will find out more about your facility and determine how much assessment time will be needed. We will provide a quote and schedule the site visit.

During the assessment, we will review equipment, furniture and work processes.

Once the site visit is complete, we will provide a written report of the findings, relative risk and recommendations. We will meet with you to review and answer questions.

  • Site assessments can be done for any type of work. In addition to office based work, we assess sites such as:

    Manufacturing

    Assembly

    Warehouse Shipping/Receiving

    Laboratory

    Technology Labs

    Semiconductors

    Medical Facilities

  • Because each project is unique, we have to understand the scope of the work before providing a quote. Please contact us to discuss your project so we can provide a quote.

Job Task Analysis

A job task analysis will provide an in-depth assessment of the physical tasks required to perform a particular job. We will then identify and quantify the ergonomic risks associated with the job tasks and provide a range of recommendations to reduce or mitigate the risk.

Job Task Analyses are often used when:

  • investigating an increase in near misses or injuries,

  • planning for equipment changes,

  • developing a functional job description,

  • conducting routine safety assessments.

  • Each job task analysis will include preliminary meetings to discuss the project goals/concerns, onsite assessment, a written summary report of the findings, relative risk and recommendations and a follow up meeting.

  • We will start by meeting with you to learn about the site operations and the specific jobs you would like assessed. We will then outline the project scope and plan a site visit.

During the assessment, we will evaluate the job tasks for risk factors. Ideally, we will be able to observe, ask questions, take measurements, photos and videos.

Once the site visit is complete, we will provide a written report of the findings, relative risk and recommendations. We will meet with you to review and answer questions.

  • A Job Task Analysis can be done for any type of work. In addition to office based work, we assess jobs in many industries including:

    Manufacturing

    Assembly

    Warehouse Shipping/Receiving

    Laboratory

    Technology Labs

    Semiconductors

    Medical Facilities

    Refineries

    and More!

  • Because each project is unique, we have to understand the scope of the work before providing a quote. Please contact us to discuss your project and we will provide a quote.

Custom Training Programs

We develop custom injury prevention training programs using examples of the real work that is done by your employees.

We help you capture the attention of your employees by speaking about risks they can really relate to and demonstrating realistic ways to reduce work related stress.

  • We will have an initial meeting to determine what the scope of the project.

We will then provide an outline of the training and identify what job tasks need to be used as examples.

Then, we will schedule the video/photo shoots onsite.

Once complete, we will send the training draft to you for review. We will deliver the final training materials digitally in the format you prefer. We can provide an LMS ready course, videos, powerpoint, transcripts, etc.

  • We will provide a quote based on the scope of the project and what training materials you’d like included.

  • Yes, contact us today and we will show you sample of training we have completed.

  • These training programs are designed to focus on injury prevention techniques for employees. We demonstrate body mechanics, proper tool/equipment use, use of recovery exercises, and more.
